1. teaching that salvation history developed stage by stage, according to the division of time by God.
2. revelation of God (Dispensing) of His will for a certain period in which God offers to people of a certain race. It is a determinant is whether they (men) accept or reject the bid or revelation of the will of God.

5. Help us realize God's purpose in this present dispensation and His message to us today.
6. Helps us know how we can implement the service and live according to His will.
7. Shows us where we are in world history.
